Thermal Power Plant Echo

The aim of this project was to blend industrial history with modern, interactive design. The curved surface design was intended to create a dynamic, fluid experience for museum visitors while preserving the site's industrial character. The goal was to transform the plant into a cultural landmark that invites both exploration and reflection.

Plans

Through this project, I deepened my understanding of how architectural design can create emotional connections and interactive experiences. I learned the importance of adaptive reuse, where architecture doesn’t just look to the future but also preserves the spirit of the past. The ability to create a space that speaks to both history and modernity required an intricate understanding of how design can serve memory and at the same time, create an entirely new sensory experience. Additionally, I realized that game design principles, such as creating dynamic, immersive environments, can also apply to architecture, where the space can invite people to interact with it in a thoughtful and meaningful way.
